Own Fuse Energy’s end-to-end expansion timeline across engineering, operations, and business functions. Build and maintain Gantt charts, roadmaps, milestone plans, and critical paths; coordinate dependencies, owners, and deadlines; identify risks and slippage; facilitate tradeoff discussions; and run updates, checkpoints, and escalations to keep complex, fast-moving programs on track.

Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system.

We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber.

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the timeline behind Fuse's expansion. You'll work closely across engineering, operations, and the business functions that all have to land in the right order, and build and run a plan that's second to none.

Responsibilities
  • Own the master expansion timeline end-to-end, from mapping every workstream and dependency to tracking milestones through delivery
  • Build and maintain the plan of record (Gantt charts, roadmaps, critical path) that the whole business works off of
  • Sit across engineering, operations, and other functions involved in expansion, reshuffling priorities and sequencing as new information comes in
  • Surface risks and slippage early, and drive the tradeoff conversations needed to keep expansion on track
  • Translate a fast-moving, ambiguous expansion plan into a clear, shared timeline with defined owners and dates
  • Run the cadence (updates, checkpoints, escalations) that keeps every workstream accountable to the plan

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM, engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience as a technical program manager or program/project lead on complex, multi-workstream programs with hard deadlines
  • Fluent with timeline and project-planning tools, and genuinely energized by building and defending a Gantt chart
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and operators, translating between technical and business teams without losing precision on either side
  • Relentless approach to keeping a plan honest, and comfortable re-sequencing priorities as things change

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and eligibility for equity
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Private health insurance
  • Breakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees

As we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
