Own the technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and engineering team for a core business domain. Build complex production systems spanning areas such as AI, energy trading, retail, real-time generation and demand modeling, data pipelines, and customer-facing applications. Build and maintain Gantt charts, roadmaps, milestone plans, and critical paths; coordinate dependencies, owners, and deadlines; identify risks and slippage; facilitate tradeoff discussions; and run updates, checkpoints, and escalations to keep complex, fast-moving programs on track.

Own Fuse Energy’s AI product roadmap from identifying high-impact problems through scoping, prioritization, and launch. Partner closely with AI Engineers on customer operations, data, and internal tooling projects; translate ambiguous business needs into defined initiatives and success metrics; manage the engineering backlog; and establish production evaluation and feedback loops to improve AI systems after launch.

Legal Counsel will support commercial, corporate, and regulatory work across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, translating regulatory requirements into product guidance, advising Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product, coordinating compliance filings, maintaining legal policies and registers, and building scalable legal templates, playbooks, and automated workflows. The role requires an England and Wales-qualified solicitor or equivalent with 2–7 years of post-qualification experience.

The Electronics Design Engineer will engage in problem-solving for renewable energy technologies, collaborating on projects from design to commissioning and conducting R&D.

Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design and visualizations for marketing, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences. Build brand treatments, custom 3D assets, illustrations, and cinematic animations. Own projects from brief to delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and use audience insights to refine work.

Own reliability, performance, and scalability of Postgres and ClickHouse databases. Build scalable data pipelines, design analytical schemas and DBT models, migrate data to ClickHouse, implement data quality checks, eliminate duplicates, and manage database infrastructure via IaC.

Lead end-to-end acquisitions and strategic initiatives: source and evaluate targets, build financial models and investment cases, run diligence and deal execution, coordinate advisors and integrations, and deliver high-visibility strategic projects to inform leadership decisions.

Design, deploy, and operate lossless RDMA-capable leaf-spine fabrics for multi-tenant GPU clusters. Automate provisioning, build telemetry/observability, troubleshoot end-to-end performance, manage out-of-band and office networks, support tenant onboarding, and document designs while upskilling colleagues.

Own end-to-end frontend features for consumer and internal products using React, TypeScript and Next.js. Ship polished, performant UIs, collaborate with backend, mobile, product and design, prototype AI-driven ideas, and help shape product direction for clean energy offerings.
