Lead end-to-end production for brand campaigns: research positioning, brief agencies and freelancers, manage logistics (locations, talent, kit, schedules), own shot lists and asset plans, coordinate social rollout, and act as executive producer on hero films while keeping projects on budget and on schedule.

Edit high-volume video across platforms and formats, create strong opening hooks, produce multiple testable cuts for ads and campaigns, collaborate daily with creators, producers, strategists, and Head of Creative.

Lead the creative and visual vision for brand campaigns and produced content. Develop concepts and storytelling, direct shoots (casting, talent, look, props), run customer testimonials end-to-end, coordinate campaign launches with product and operations, brief social strategists, and carry concepts from idea to final frame alongside a producer.

Lead and execute the companys non-project and trading financings end-to-end: structure deals, build models, manage lenders/counterparties, ensure covenant compliance and reporting, and partner with leadership on capital strategy as the business scales.

The Finance Intern will support financial processes including invoice reconciliation, month-end close, cash management, and build analytical models for decision-making.

Lead and build Fuse Energy's global procurement function across installations, EPC and hardware manufacturing. Own supplier strategy, contracts, governance, cost-out targets and supplier performance. Lead end-to-end acquisitions and strategic initiatives: source and evaluate targets, build financial models and investment cases, run diligence and deal execution, coordinate advisors and integrations, and deliver high-visibility strategic projects to inform leadership decisions.

Own procurement and supplier management for residential installations and utility-scale EPC projects. Negotiate contracts and landed cost, onboard and manage suppliers, handle billing/payments/disputes, drive cost optimisation, and coordinate closely with Operations and Development teams to align supply with build-out plans.

Build and scale a zero-to-one commercial data business: define go-to-market and product strategy, price and license subscription data products, prospect and close institutional clients, and iterate product with engineering and research teams based on customer feedback.
