At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a Technical Presales Specialist to join our HPE technical team, including Aruba and Juniper and continue their journey around the world of technology solutions. 

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to expand their technical expertise. You'll work alongside experienced specialists, sales teams, partners, and leading technology vendors, demonstrating hands-on experience in solution design, product knowledge, and customer support whilst maintaining industry-recognised vendor accreditations.

What You'll Be Doing 
  • Designing and configuring technology solutions that meet customer requirements. 

  • Support sales teams by creating bills of materials and solution recommendations. 

  • Demonstrating expertise around the HPE Datacentre, networking and security portfolio. 

  • Respond to technical enquiries from co-workers, partners, and customers. 

  • Provide a high level of customer service while meeting agreed service standards. 

  • Use internal and vendor tools to create accurate technical solutions. 

  • Build knowledge of vendor products, technologies, and promotions. 

  • Support partner enablement activities and help drive solution adoption. 

  • Maintain technical documentation and resolver group ownership activities. 

  • Build relationships with vendor technical teams and industry contacts. 

  • Maintain /Gain HPE industry-recognised vendor accreditations and certifications. 

  • Gain exposure to implementation and post-sales technical services. 

 

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders. 

  • A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills. 

  • Good organisation and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively within a team. 

  • A customer-focused mindset. 

  • Exposure to IT, technology, customer service, or technical studies would be beneficial but isn't essential.
