We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Team PA to provide comprehensive support to three senior leaders within the Market Performance team, as well as administrative support to the wider team as required.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent judgement, strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across Lloyd’s and the wider market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and comprehensive PA support to senior leaders, ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings, events and travel with appropriate briefings and documentation.

  • Manage complex diaries using Microsoft Outlook, coordinating internal and external meetings, events and workshops, including agendas, room bookings and catering.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, support staff, and senior market and programme contacts.

  • Act as a point of contact and host for internal and external visitors, handling queries by phone and email with professionalism and discretion.

  • Track market engagement by inputting meeting updates, feedback and sentiment into Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Support Market Communications activity, including set-up and dissemination using Vuture and maintaining distribution lists in Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required.

  • Prepare and submit expenses and raise purchase orders and requisitions using Workday.

  • Support onboarding activities for new starters and assist with team annual leave management.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

  • Work closely with the Chief of Market Performance’s EA to help manage priorities, deadlines and effective use of time across the team.

Skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong diplomacy, discretion and judgement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality PA support to senior management.

  • Experience working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to deliver effective support.

  • Familiarity with governance processes and adherence to agreed procedures.

  • Consistent delivery of high professional standards.
