We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Team PA to provide comprehensive support to three senior leaders of the Underwriting function within Market Performance.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent judgement, strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across Lloyd’s and the wider market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Directors supported are adequately prepared for upcoming meetings, trips and events with the appropriate information, briefings, and any paperwork.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, support staff and senior market and programme contacts.

  • Extensive diary management using Microsoft Outlook, arranging and co-ordinating meetings and events; including preparation of agendas, content, room bookings and any catering required (internally and externally).

  • Input of meeting updates, feedback and sentiments using Microsoft Dynamics to ensure all Market engagement is tracked.

  • Support the teams with the set up and dissemination of Market Comms using Vuture, plus maintaining database distribution lists using Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Organise travel arrangements as required.

  • Prepare and submit expenses in Workday.

  • Raise purchase orders/requisitions in Workday.

  • Respond to queries via both telephone and email.

  • Act as first point of contact and ‘host’ for both internal and external visitors.

  • Management of new starter set up and team annual leave.

  • Support the Chief of Market Performance’s EA with delivery of teams key priorities for the Underwriting function by managing teams time effectively and ensuring they are keeping to deadlines.

Skills
  • Clear communicator - exhibiting diplomacy, sound judgement and discretion at all times.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels up to and including Director level both internally and externally.

  • Proactive, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to produce workable solutions that meets the immediate demands of the situation(s)

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular - Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience
  • Demonstrable track record of providing comprehensive team PA support to Senior Management.

  • Working collaboratively within a team and stakeholders to deliver high quality team PA support.

  • Adherence to agreed governance processes and procedures.

  • Track record of achieving high professional standards in specialist area.
