Lead delivery and oversight of investment performance, attribution, valuation and regulatory reporting. Support development and operation of Lloyd's enterprise risk framework: run RCSAs, controls, emerging risk reporting, risk appetite and ORSA, produce risk reports, prepare committee materials, and strengthen risk culture while engaging senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Assist in investment structuring and implementation, provide research and analysis, manage third-party fund oversight, and support LTIM activities.

Responsible for managing fixed interest portfolios, recommending trades, monitoring financial markets, and integrating risk considerations in decision-making.

Assess and review operational and cyber resilience submissions from managing agents, identify gaps and emerging risks, provide evidence-based recommendations, shape senior reporting, lead stakeholder engagements, and contribute to market-wide resilience initiatives and scenario exercises.

The Syndicate Performance Manager will influence underwriting performance and strategy, manage relationships with Managing Agents, and provide analysis across product lines to drive profitability and growth.

Lead category strategies across indirect spend, run sourcing (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, analyse spend for savings, embed risk and sustainability, and improve procurement processes while partnering with stakeholders.

Support financial accounting by maintaining records, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, assisting statutory and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, liaising with auditors and stakeholders, contributing to process improvements and finance transformation projects.

The Senior Actuary will oversee syndicate capital management, lead reviews, challenge assumptions, and provide technical guidance while coaching junior staff.
