Hello! We're Teya.
Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.
At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.
We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.
We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.
We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.
Become a part of our story.
We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
Your Mission
Teya is growing rapidly and building strong high performing commercial teams is critical to delivering our growth ambitions. As a Talent Partner for our UK Operations, your mission is to support in hiring across our Go-To-Market organisation including Sales, Partnerships and Customer Relations and other customer facing roles.
This role is about delivery, pace, and quality. You’ll work closely with business leaders and the People team to build reliable talent pipelines and hire at scale without compromising standards. You’ll be hands-on across the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing strategy through to offer management and onboarding handover — with a direct impact on team performance, service levels, and operational stability.
Your Team
You will be part of the UK Operations People Team, reporting to the People Partner but and working closely with:
Leaders across UK Operations who rely on you for hiring strategy and execution.
People Partners and Talent Management, to keep role definitions and expectations aligned with Teya’s Career Framework and compensation principles.
Fellow Talent Partners focused on other parts of the business, to share best practices and keep our hiring bar consistent across Teya.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll get to:
Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the UK, managing high-volume and business-critical hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and market-specific channels.
Run structured, efficient hiring processes that balance speed with quality, ensuring a consistently strong candidate experience.
Screen and assess candidates against clear capability, behavioural, and performance criteria aligned to frontline and commercial excellence.
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, offers, and pre-hire checks to ensure timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
Use data to track recruitment performance (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, quality signals) and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, challenge assumptions where needed, and set clear expectations on profiles, process, and timelines.
Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to standardise processes, share best practices, and support peak hiring periods.
Contribute to employer branding efforts, helping position Teya as an attractive employer for GTM and frontline talent.
Your Story
You’ll likely have:
Proven experience recruiting for GTM, frontline, or operational roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments (FinTech, SaaS, BPO, Operations, or tech-enabled services preferred).
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining structure, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
Strong sourcing capability, with confidence engaging candidates directly in competitive markets.
Pragmatic and delivery-focused — you enjoy filling roles, keeping momentum high, and unblocking hiring challenges.
Confident partnering with hiring managers, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive clarity on what “good” looks like.
Data-aware and process-oriented, with an interest in improving hiring efficiency and quality over time.
Strong communication skills and a candidate-centric mindset.
