Your Role: Talent Development & Culture Coordinator

Are you highly organised, people-focused and excited by the idea of making learning, culture and engagement feel seamless for Globallers?

As a Talent Development & Culture Coordinator at Global, you will provide hands‑on coordination and delivery support across Talent Development, Culture, Inclusion and Internal Comms activity. You’ll make sure programmes, events and campaigns are well‑planned, inclusive and consistently delivered, giving colleagues a great experience from induction through to development, wellbeing and recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development coordination (40%)

  • Schedule and coordinate learning activities and programmes (such as early careers and manager development).

  • Manage invites, joining instructions, logistics and attendance tracking.

  • Produce simple reports on attendance and completion.

  • Support automated welcome and induction processes and compliance training workflows.

  • Run regular learner data pulls from learning systems.

  • Manage the Talent Development inbox, responding to routine queries.

  • Provide basic digital learning support, including uploading and updating content.

Culture, Inclusion & Engagement (40%)

  • Coordinate data reporting and slide preparation for People & Culture updates.

  • Support key inclusion and colleague network events (for example Black History Month, Pride, International Women’s Day and Mental Health Awareness Week).

  • Maintain inclusion calendars and key dates.

  • Provide administration support to employee networks (e.g. membership lists, spend tracking, simple reporting).

  • Organise recognition and “surprise and delight” moments such as new baby gifts, thank‑you rewards and appreciation for network leads.

Internal Communications support (20%)

  • Help deliver internal engagement campaigns and office‑based events, including logistics and supplier coordination.

  • Provide on‑the‑day support for internal events and activities.

  • Own follow‑up communications after manager events.

  • Create simple on‑brand graphics and assets for internal campaigns.

  • Administer colleague competitions, including entries, communication with winners and prize fulfilment.

  • Help manage shared inboxes, responding to routine requests and signposting existing resources.

What You’ll Love About This Role

Think Big: You’ll help bring to life high‑profile programmes and events that shape the Globaller experience, from DE&I moments to large‑scale learning and internal campaigns.

Own It: You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of key coordination tasks, making sure sessions, events and comms land on time and to a high standard.

Keep it Simple: You’ll turn complexity into clear plans, tidy trackers and straightforward comms so colleagues know exactly what to do and when.

Better Together: You’ll work closely with Talent Development, Culture & Inclusion, Internal Comms, Networks and external partners to create joined‑up, engaging experiences

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built strong working relationships with the Talent Development, Culture & Inclusion and Internal Comms teams, plus key Networks and facilitators.

  • Taken ownership of scheduling and logistics for core learning activities, with high attendance.

  • Delivered coordination support for at least one key DE&I or wellbeing moment and one internal campaign or activation.

  • Set up clear trackers for events, Network activity and learning data to support simple, timely reporting.

  • Responded promptly and helpfully to Globaller queries, with positive feedback on the support you provide.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong organisation and planning: Comfortable juggling multiple programmes, events and campaigns with competing deadlines.

  • Attention to detail: Accurate handling of data, invites, calendars and logistics, with a focus on quality and consistency.

  • Clear communication: Confident written and verbal communication with a range of stakeholders, from Globallers to suppliers.

  • Digital and data confidence: Experience using spreadsheets, presentations and online tools to coordinate activity and produce simple reports and graphics.

  • Collaboration and stakeholder skills: Ability to build positive relationships and work well with diverse teams and Networks.

  • Proactive mindset: A solutions‑focused approach, taking initiative and following tasks through to completion.
