Overview

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Global People Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for  developing and executing Stella McCartney’s global talent acquisition strategy. This role will design and execute the strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all functions and regions, ensuring the business has the right people in place to achieve its objectives. The TA Manager will act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture to attract candidates who are passionate about Stella McCartney.

Your Mission:

 

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Design, adapt and drive the roadmap to ensure the strategic priorities are met.

    • Identify key talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, people partners, and the executive leadership team.

  • Luxury Fashion Expertise

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury retail market and the talent landscape.

    • Stay current on trends and developments in the industry.

    • Continuously network with industry professionals to identify potential candidates.

    • Develop comprehensive market mapping for creative and difficult-to-hire roles.

  • Sourcing and Employer Branding

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.

    • Build and maintain relationships with key talent communities and professional organisations.

    • Develop relationships with relevant Universities to engage early careers talent.

    • Partner with marketing and communications to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition Process Management

    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for all senior hires in the business.

    • Implement measures to ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

    • Develop and implement best practices for interviewing, assessment, and selection, this includes delivering training to hiring managers

  • Data and Analytics

    • Track and analyse key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction and Glassdoor reviews.

    • Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on talent acquisition performance for executive leadership.

    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, continuously evaluating the PSL.

  • Diversity and Inclusion

    • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

    • Ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and equitably.

    • Partner with diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

 


Your Talent:

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role with specialist experience in senior hiring and creative talent.

  • Deep knowledge and experience of the luxury fashion industry is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful talent acquisition strategies.

  • Proactive, adaptable and resilient

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices in line with local laws

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition technologies.

  • Global recruitment experience is required.
