  • Scope and prioritize new supply chain initiatives, defining requirements and success measures, building cross-functional business cases, and engaging external partners to ensure solutions are both strategically impactful and operationally feasible
  • Drive execution of supply chain initiatives from pilot to scaled rollout, coordinating cross-functional delivery, unblocking progress, and leading change management to ensure smooth adoption across teams, partners, and merchants
  • Define performance metrics and SLAs for new capabilities, and establish ongoing governance to monitor, maintain, and audit performance across deployed supply chain solutions
  • Serve as the cross-functional bridge between product, commercial, and supply chain teams, maintaining roadmap transparency and aligning priorities with other capability managers across the broader portfolio

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations and project management
  • Proven track record of building and managing supply chain capabilities in multi-channel industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, travel)
  • Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into clear roadmaps and actionable execution
  • Expertise in running workshops, scoping projects, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and tactical delivery
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, business case creation, and prioritization trade-offs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
