Lead customer advocacy across Europe by building Customer Advisory Boards, merchant communities, and executive engagement programs. Embed customer insights into product and industry strategy, represent Adyen in industry forums, develop thought leadership and conference presence, and partner cross-functionally to amplify merchant voices and influence partners, regulators, and networks.
