Operations Analytics 

Our dedicated team of data analysts, engineers and business analysts is committed to empowering operational teams to make strategic and data-driven decisions on a global scale. We are structured into subject matter areas, with analysts focusing on Merchant Operations, Support, Professional Services, & Supply Chain, ensuring deep expertise and tailored insights within each area, driving operational excellence and informed decision-making. We strive to foster a collaborative and approachable environment, making data insights accessible and actionable for everyone. • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes to solve critical problems and ensure analysis efforts are effectively targeted.
• Master the art of storytelling by connecting data to a narrative, evolving from step-by-step analytical plans to complex stories that provide actionable advice.
• Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and select metrics that align specifically with business strategy and objectives.
• Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear requests for data engineering.
• Redesign recurring operational issues into scalable, long-term solutions by clarifying stakeholder needs and anticipating future requirements.
• Independently separate main issues from secondary noise, ensuring that every analysis remains focused on the core business question.
• Manage project stakeholders proactively, identifying necessary collaborators and keeping them informed through structured communication and documentation.

• You possess at least 4 years of relevant working experience in an analytical or business-focused environment.
• You are an independent and enthusiastic problem-solver who thrives when navigating the ambiguity of stakeholder requests.
• You have a proven track record in project management, with the ability to drive initiatives in a structured and accountable manner.
• You are highly proficient in writing complex SQL queries and have extensive experience with BI tools, specifically Looker and LookML.
• You are a confident communicator, able to influence decision-makers by articulating data-driven recommendations clearly.
• You have the technical mindset to identify the best solutions for technical problems while building strong relationships with multicultural teams.
