Partner with the best

As Supplier Execution Leader, you will be responsible to improve supplier performance and capabilities through Lean & Digital methodology, technical assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short and long-term business goals. You will monitor supplier to ensure that business strategies are followed during execution, in order to deliver on time customers’ orders, with the proper quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting execution @Supplier site, for commodity items related to VG PROGRAM
  • Collaborating with Operational Excellence Team and Kaizen Execution Leader to lead Suppliers in Continuous Improvement journey, supporting key procurement initiatives and implementing with supplier continuous improvement actions. 
  • Managing workload, providing technical support and expertise to team members and our suppliers.
  • Collaborate with construction manager to provide to internal and final customer performance trend on weekly, monthly and quarterly base.
  • Driving operating rhythm with suppliers, construction manager, SQE and Engineering to ensure project requirement.
  • Managing supplier punch list points, both with preventive and corrective actions in order to ship with Zero Punch List Target.
  • Analyzing and managing supplier service request, both with preventive and corrective actions, in order to reach Zero Service Request.
  • Collaborating with logistics and internal customer to resolve any issues in reaching completeness, up to material receiving phase.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, supporting a growing environment, based on HSE and Quality mindset.
  • Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.
  • Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Knowledge management is important. Suppliers are expected to develop new approaches.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s in industrial Engineering;
  • Have experience in Engineering, Quality or Execution roles;
  • Availability to be resident at our provider's plant at Monfalcone (GO)
  • Have sound knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods;
  • Have willingness and ability to travel;
  • Have exceptional leadership skills;
  • Be oriented to continuous improvement;
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian
  • Be results orientated, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
