About the role

Role overview:
This is a key role to support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio in partnership with the
wider support team of Executive Assistants, ensuring it remains a welcoming, well -organised and
inspiring environment for all. This role also plays a key part in the coordination of logistics and
providing practical support across our learning, social and cultural events. Working across all teams
you’ll help bring studio activities to life as well as making sure our people have what they need to do
the amazing work they create.

The role in essence:

1. Keeping the studio running like clockwork, 5 days a week:
• Ensuring our space is working well with pride in the studio appearance.
• Being the point of contact with the facilities team, for any issues.
• Keep the stationery supplies up to avoid slowing us down.

2. Maintaining our organisational culture:
• Being the primary internal events organizer – turn events into real events.
• Be the central point between the presenters, floor captains for set-up.
• Collaborate with our ‘Sideboard’ & Social committee, on cultural events.

3. Provide a welcoming space for our clients:
• Ensuring that our rooms and AV are ready for pitches and presentations.
• Supporting others when finding meeting rooms is proving a challenge.
• Managing all visitor requests in coordination with the studio departments.
4. Keeping the studio teams well-fed:
• Ordering and organising the breakfast, drinks and snacks.
• Catering for the lunchtime share sessions and our internal events.
• Organising catering for key client meetings, through the facilities team.


About you 

• Proactivity & Problem-Solving: You’re great at anticipating needs, fixing problems on the
fly, and maintaining a "hands-on" attitude.
• Organization: You’re able to plan, coordinate, organise and keep others moving and supported, in
a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: You’ve got excellent communication skills, when interacting with employees
and/or clients in a professional, welcoming, and helpful manner.
• Flexibility & Resilience: You’re able to adapt to shifting priorities and can deal with pressure with
confidence.
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in ensuring accuracy in your work and maintaining high studio
standards.
