Dentsu B2B is Dentsu’s specialist group delivering end-to-end solutions for B2B businesses. Working seamlessly with B2B media, insights and CXM specialists, our B2B creative team is fully integrated into Dentsu Creative.

We are experiencing exciting growth with key B2B clients, and we are now seeking hiring for a B2B Strategy Director to be part of that growth.

Purpose of the Role

The B2B Strategy Director will be leading delivery for a high-profile, strategic growth client in our B2B business, as well as being central to our B2B strategic proposition more broadly. Sitting within the 12-strong Dentsu Creative Strategy community, the B2B Strategy Director will be the leading repository for deep B2B experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the CSO and the Executive Strategy Lead for a Tech/Telco client, act as a strategic partner to key UK client(s), collaborating with Integrated Strategic Leadership and Business Leadership to align on client objectives and develop growth-focused strategies
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate strategic challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and deliver customer growth-focused strategies targeting Enterprise and Public Sector customers, supported by a Senior ABM Strategist
  • Work with creative and tech teams to bring strategies to life, providing B2B-focused guidance and insight
  • Partner closely with key Business Leadership, Creative and Strategy functions to build and anchor best practice, and continuously evolve and optimise client delivery by integrating cross-group capabilities (e.g. Insight, Data & Tech, Media).

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience delivering innovative, integrated, and strategic customer growth strategies across B2B clients, with the ability to connect the dots across Creative, Media and data and technology – creating a connected customer experience
  • Deep experience delivering Enterprise- and Public-Sector-focused customer growth strategies, preferably across Tech / Telco verticals
  • Proven brand to demand planning experience, including developing account-based experience (ABX) strategies and content strategies
  • Comfortable articulating value propositions for complex B2B businesses, as well as developing customer strategies and mapping customer journeys
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling, insight-led creative briefs that lead to impactful and effective creative output that drives business outcomes
  • Strong cross-business collaborator, within the immediate creative business as well as more broadly across insight, media, CXM, data & analytics
