Your roleJoin Corpay’s Private Markets team as a Strategic Sales Manager, leveraging your established private markets network to build high-value GP relationships across APAC. The role focuses on originating FX, interest rate hedging, banking, and fund financing opportunities, managing senior client relationships, and driving portfolio growth. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years’ private markets experience, a strong industry network, and proven C-suite relationship skills. What you'll be doing

The Opportunity

We are seeking an established private markets professional to join our Private Markets team as a Strategic Sales Manager, bringing a proven network and a track record of trusted relationships to accelerate our growth across APAC. This is a strategic, high-autonomy role for someone who has already built credibility in the industry and is ready to convert that credibility into a high-value portfolio of institutional clients.

Unlike an entry-level build from cold outreach, this role is designed around leverage: your has given you a genuine network and credibility within the private markets ecosystem, and Corpay provides the platform, product suite, balance sheet and execution capability to convert that network into GP relationships and revenue from day one.

This is a GP-focused sales role. You will operate with significant independence, working directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers at GPs to originate opportunity in FX/Interest rate hedging, banking, and fund financing across the funds they manage. As your portfolio matures, the role carries genuine influence over how Corpay builds out its presence and proposition across the region.

This is a business-within-a-business at a more senior altitude - full ownership over a strategic book of relationships, direct access to Corpay's structuring and execution teams, and commissions that are uncapped, residual, and earned on every pound your portfolio generates.

The Specifics
  • Leveraging your existing network to originate and qualify high-quality GP opportunities across multiple asset classes, rather than building a pipeline from cold outreach
  • Engaging and consulting directly with C-level executives and fund partners at GPs to understand their FX and risk management needs
  • Working closely with analysts and structurers to build and present tailored, unsecured and unmargined hedging solutions for GP clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to GPs on managing currency and interest rate exposure across the funds they manage
  • Developing and owning long-term relationships with a portfolio of GP clients to retain and grow revenue
  • Working independently on your portfolio in the world's largest traded financial market
  • Representing Corpay at industry events and within your existing network to build the firm's profile across the region
About You

We are looking for a strategic, network-led operator who prioritizes quality of relationships over volume of activity. We look for individuals who demonstrate:

  • 5-10 years of experience within the private markets industry
  • An established, active network that can be leveraged to generate high-quality opportunities with GPs across different asset classes
  • Preferred experience in advisory, fund administration, or directly with a GP in a client facing capacity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at C-suite level
  • A consultative, solutions-led approach to originating and structuring opportunities
  • High levels of ambition, ownership, and commercial judgement
  • Humility and emotional intelligence
  • A desire to develop both personally and professionally
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with an OTE structure reflecting the seniority and network you bring
  • Transparent commission structure with uncapped, residual earnings
  • Significant autonomy and influence over how the APAC book is built and developed
  • Long-term career progression within a global organisation
  • Access to market-leading technology and training
  • High-performance, meritocratic culture
  • International exposure and opportunities
