The Senior Sales Analyst will deliver sales performance reporting, analyze funnel trends and root causes, build forecasts and business cases, optimize measurement, strengthen KPI and data-quality foundations, and provide commercially focused recommendations. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, BI, Data & Transformation, and leadership teams, tracks implementation outcomes, and leads high-impact ad hoc analysis. Advanced Excel, intermediate SQL, and Tableau or Power BI expertise are required.

Drive organic and inorganic growth for the International Vehicle Payments business. Lead strategic planning, market research, business-case analysis, and execution of initiatives including M&A and partnerships. Monitor performance metrics, align cross-functional teams, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with regional leaders to translate strategy into operational plans.

Lead strategic transformation for credit, finance, fraud and related processes by mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, building business cases, defining roadmaps, driving cross-functional alignment, supporting delivery and benefits realisation, and establishing governance and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and control.

Own and drive the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption across Sales, Marketing and Data. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, manage backlog and sprints with developers/admins, ensure data quality and reporting, perform UAT, and deliver training and enablement to increase consistent, scalable Salesforce usage across regions.

Lead CRO strategy and experimentation to improve digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and lead generation. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze user behavior, develop hypotheses from quantitative and qualitative data, build reporting and dashboards, and partner with UX, product, development, analytics, sales, and agencies to implement optimizations that drive acquisition and revenue.

Lead design and continuous improvement of the revenue operating model for International Vehicle Payments. Drive sales funnel/process design, forecasting, quota and territory planning, lead and data management, sales readiness, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to standardize practices, prioritize initiatives, and measure commercial impact to increase pipeline velocity, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
