Lead CRO strategy and experimentation to improve digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and lead generation. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze user behavior, develop hypotheses from quantitative and qualitative data, build reporting and dashboards, and partner with UX, product, development, analytics, sales, and agencies to implement optimizations that drive acquisition and revenue.

Lead AI, data science, and data engineering across Europe & RoW fleet business to define AI and data strategy, build scalable data platforms, deliver end-to-end AI initiatives with measurable business impact, drive adoption, and lead a multidisciplinary team while partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Own and drive the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption across Sales, Marketing and Data. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, manage backlog and sprints with developers/admins, ensure data quality and reporting, perform UAT, and deliver training and enablement to increase consistent, scalable Salesforce usage across regions.

Lead strategic transformation across Credit, Finance, Fraud and adjacent processes: map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, build business cases and roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment, monitor delivery and benefits realization, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders to improve efficiency, controls, and commercial outcomes.
