The Strategic Partner Success Director will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships by researching high-value partners, developing enablement plans, managing partnership performance, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure partner success and involves extensive relationship management.
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Strategic Partner Success Director to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS to research and identify high-value partners, create comprehensive growth and enablement plans, and foster long-term, revenue-generating relationships. This will be based out of our London office in Canary Wharf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Research:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential strategic partners that align with FreedomPay’s growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Growth and Enablement Planning:
- Develop and execute growth-focused enablement plans to maximize the value of each partnership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success initiatives.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies with partners to drive measurable outcomes.
- Revenue-Driven Partnership Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners, nurturing relationships to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize partnership performance and maximize revenue.
- Set and track performance metrics, reporting on partnership-driven revenue and ROI.
- Travel and Networking:
- Represent FreedomPay at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities (30-40% travel).
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, business development, or a related role within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Bilingual Requirement: Business Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish, French, or German as the preferred second language.
- Strong understanding of the payments and fintech landscape, including trends and challenges.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% as needed.
