As an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific Equities Team, you will support our investment professionals with essential administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and high-energy setting. We value your proactive approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage team members' diaries, acting as a gatekeeper and main contact for inquiries.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements in line with restrictive guidelines.
  • Organize logistics for external visitors and company/broker meetings.
  • Reconcile and process expenses and invoices efficiently.
  • Flag issues and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle technology requests through in-house systems.
  • Support EMAP visitors in London.
  • Onboard new employees and liaise with facility staff.
  • Provide coverage for other team members when needed.
  • Stay updated with audit and compliance guidelines globally.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive experience as an administrative assistant supporting high-profile stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
  • High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Resourceful team player with a proactive approach within the assistant community.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with global business operations.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
  • Experience with onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing complex travel arrangements.
