Description

As the Planning Senior Team Lead, you will drive Monday.com’s strategic planning efforts to ensure we meet our financial goals and scale effectively. This role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and leadership capabilities to optimize processes and enable operational excellence.

Please note this role requires attending our London office 3 days a week*


About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company-wide annual planning process from a Sales / Revenue perspective.
  • Design and implement multiple go-to-market strategies to meet financial objectives.
  • Own the global cross functional target setting process, developing ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
  • Ensure the organization has the right selling capacity to achieve targets and manage the headcount planning process.
  • Define and launch compensation programs and sales incentives.
  • Maintain and manage sales quotas to align with company goals
  • Transition the company to a territory-based model and implement territory carving and balancing practices.
  • Design and enforce rules of engagement for overlay functions.
  • Define and implement a co-prime model to align cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • +7 years proven experience in rev-ops, sales ops, planning, target setting, compensation design.
  • Experience as a business partner or a trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on practical execution.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team (+2 years)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth Tech companies preferably over 1000 employees
  • Big advantage- leading planning processes in a fortune 500 company
