Your mission is to support the delivery of our Enterprise accounts and serve as the focal point for all technical services. You’ll transform traditional service models into an innovation engine, leveraging AI to drive internal efficiency and creating bespoke, high-value technical solutions that allow our largest customers to thrive.
- Technical Powerhouse: 7+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting) within the B2B SaaS space.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience managing technical teams. You know how to coach high-performers and manage technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- The "Innovator" Mindset: A proven track record of using AI/LLMs or automation to optimise internal processes or build new product offerings. You don't just use tools; you build them.
- Client-Facing Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "talk tech" to developers and "talk value" to C-suite executives.
- Hands-on Proficiency: While this is a leadership role, you must be comfortable diving into code (Node.js/JavaScript preferred), API documentation, and complex data schemas when needed.
- Project Governance: Experience managing the lifecycle of professional services projects, from Statement of Work (SOW) through to deployment and technical sign-off.
- Problem Solver: You thrive in the "grey area”, finding creative ways to solve complex business problems using custom integrations and data migrations.
