Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions


Make An Impact:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing to elevate our partnerships and campaigns across platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative teams to ideate and produce impactful, trend-driven content while managing campaigns from conception to execution. You’ll leverage data to optimize performance, identify new opportunities to productize social initiatives, and ensure our strategies remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, sharp presentation skills, and the ability to balance creativity with analytics.

In this Role You Will:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and bring innovative partnership campaigns to life, ensuring cohesive and compelling content.
  • Develop and implement integrated social media strategies tailored to engage audiences across various platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, leveraging insights to enhance partnership strategies and content creation.
  • Experiment with new approaches, analyzing results to inform continuous improvements and best practices.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize impact across key metrics.
  • Craft compelling social ideas and deliver presentations that effectively communicate ideas and results to stakeholders
  • Proactively uncover innovative opportunities within social media to develop scalable, revenue-generating products and offerings.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, partnerships, or campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience working across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and understanding their nuances.
  • Strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends or opportunities within the social landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, or cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact work.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social platform insights, or other reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a "test-and-learn" approach to innovating and improving campaign performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cultural moments, and new social features, with a proven ability to apply them effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for content creation, with experience conceptualizing and producing engaging social-first content that resonates with audiences.
