A critical part of this role will be positioning GWI at the forefront of AI-powered insights in an increasingly agent-driven world, ensuring our brand voice resonates across industries and audiences.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

  • Lead long-term social initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Showcase GWI as a leader in AI-powered insights, aligning messaging with the evolving agent-driven landscape.
  • Ensure GWI is part of industry conversations across social channels.

Editorial & content management

  • Develop the editorial strategy in alignment with GWI’s brand, product & corporate messaging, and key content.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Events Exec on social media around major events.
  • Coordinate the editorial committee across stakeholders (Marketing, GTM, Product, PR, Internal Comms, etc.), ensuring cohesive planning and execution.
  • Oversee content production, publishing, and channel optimization.
  • Champion creative storytelling approaches that make our channels dynamic, bold, and memorable.
  • Manage the upload and amplification of GWI’s video output.
  • Use tools, including AI tools, to produce “always-on” content, as well as working with our Video Editor on higher-level production of content.

Advocacy & community engagement

  • Develop and drive GWI’s Advocacy Strategy, spanning executives, customers, and employees.
  • Build programs to empower advocates, amplify voices, and strengthen GWI’s reputation in AI, data, and insights.

       Building our Founder profile

  • Develop a channel-specific social plan to elevate the voice of our Founder and CEO as a thought leader.
  • Work with our Content Creators on regularly drafting content across industry goings on, product and innovation, GWI data, and customer insights.
  • Own a schedule for CEO posts and lead on producing regular video and creative content, working with the CEO’s EA and a working group across PR, social and content.

Analytics, reporting & optimization

  • Produce regular reporting and analysis of GWI’s social media KPIs, linking results to commercial impact.
  • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, leadership, and execs.
  • Use data not just to optimize performance, but to identify opportunities to be bolder, more creative, and more impactful.
  • Continuously refine tactics to maximize performance and ROI.
