Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, Vantor seeks to appoint a commercially focused Senior Transformation Director with a primary mission to drive International Revenue Growth. The Senior Transformation Director will catalyse, facilitate and capture the revenue opportunity across international markets, with a focus on government customers.

The Senior Transformation Director will be based in Vantor's London Office, the central hub for the company's fast-growing International Government business.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive International business development efforts, prioritizing and delivering in high-value markets. Partner with sales teams to build market-specific plans to then implement targeted country-level strategies tailored to specific international government customer dynamics.
  • Develop and continuously improve world-class customer-facing materials, including executive presentations, value propositions, sales playbooks, strategic messaging, and pursuit strategies that strengthen Vantor's position on its largest and most strategic opportunities.
  • Partner directly with Sales and Capture leaders to support complex international pursuits, providing strategic leadership on deal strategy, executive engagement and win planning for high-value government opportunities
  • Manage pipeline conducting weekly reviews to ensure consistent progress and accurate revenue prediction.
  • Develop product solutions for customers. Translate customer requirements into viable product and service solutions, ensuring Vantor's offerings meet specific and future customer demand.
  • Champion the adoption of AI across the International organization, identifying practical opportunities to improve productivity, automate workflows, enhance customer engagement and embed AI into day-to-day business operations.
  • Help drive the development of Vantor's international commercial ecosystem in partnership with regional teams, finding, negotiating and managing relationships with strategic advisors, while ensuring they are effectively integrated into the business, aligned to growth priorities and equipped to support market development and customer success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the International Leadership Team, influencing strategic decisions, driving organizational alignment and helping shape the future direction of Vantor's International business.

Minimum Requirements:   

  • 10+ years transforming and executing organizational strategies 

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Political Science, Software Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geospatial Engineering) 

  • Proven experience in project management leadership in organization that develops software and technology for Governments 

  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market activities 

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with a strong business acumen 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organization’s performance indicators and quality standards 

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization 

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth 

  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic growth culture and a rapidly evolving industry landscape  

  • Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, and manage the associated budget, resources, and risks 

Preferred Requirements:   

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, or similar role within  

  • Experience operating in the Aerospace & Defense and software/technology sectors preferred 

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including broad programs requiring change management via a systematic approach or governance process 

  • Demonstrated experience and track record of influencing and driving change across complex and multiple stakeholders.    

  • Track record of successfully managing multiple work streams in parallel and delivering results against time-sensitive deadlines 

  • Needs hand-on keyboard, not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves  

  • Exhibits a high level of initiative; challenges and explores new ideas while understanding and communicating the risks to the organization.    

  • Ability to travel (~25%)
