Vantor delivers enterprise software and services that enable government and defence organisations to maximise the value of their technology investments through customer success, adoption, and long-term strategic partnership.

Vantor is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout their journey with the Vantor.  This role has a strong customer focus, ensuring their mission achieves their desired business outcomes, maximise platform adoption, and realise long-term value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, value realisation, retention and growth. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product and Support, you will ensure customers achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities to expand their use of the Vantor platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption, customer health, contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead customer onboarding, implementation and user enablement to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
  • Monitor customer usage, success metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and recommendations to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee release schedules and readiness, ensuring visibility and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve complex customer issues and act as the “Voice of the Customer” within Vantor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, operational processes and strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and additional services, working closely with Sales to support commercial growth.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing or imagery solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Project Management or Professional Services.
  • Experience working with Defence, Government or Intelligence organisations.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%).
