Role Profile:

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a pro-active individual with 5+ years commercial real estate and transaction experience to join our fast-growing Global Occupier Services team. working within the Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) Group, focused on a specific Logistics & Industrial client. 

The Associate will play a central role in the delivery of end-to-end real estate transactions across EMEA and APAC.  The position is execution-focused, requiring strong coordination, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market transaction programmes.

As the Sr. Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day transaction management oversight for a complex real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include: diligent oversight of transactions from initiation through execution, program management of stakeholder inputs, and oversight of account team support including, but not limited to, transaction managers, transaction coordinators, and/or transaction analysts.

The Sr. Transaction Manager shall also be accountable for client budgeting, internal revenue management, and adherence to account and transaction level KPIs. The Sr. Transaction Manager will embody our team philosophy “Client First, Insight Always, Execution Excellence”, ensuring every deliverable reflects the team’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end real estate transactions for a specific client in EMEA / APAC, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, regears, and build-to-suit projects
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for transaction execution, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client objectives
  • Provide advisory support on L&I occupier requirements, including site selection, network optimisation, lease strategy, and market dynamics
  • Manage and coordinate internal Cushman & Wakefield teams (including agency, capital markets, PDS, legal and finance) and external consultants to ensure seamless transaction delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing clear and timely reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Drive consistency and best practice in transaction management processes Identify opportunities to enhance transaction outcomes through market insight, commercial negotiation, and deal structuring
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local market teams to ensure effective execution and access to local market intelligence
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transaction management processes, tools, and data quality. 

Qualifications:

  • Degree level qualification in Business or similar is preferred but not essential
  • Membership of any professional bodies that require a level of proficiency in key skills is a benefit 

Core Skills & Experience:

  • A proven track record in managing clients and delivering transactional real estate projects internationally
  • A passion for the L&I sector.
  • Understanding the trends, terminology and the players.
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions.
  • Experience on BTS projects would be a useful skill.
  • Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to the role
  • Experience in business development, networking and building relationships internally and externally
  • Financial acumen Pro-active approach
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Ownership of project planning and delivery
  • Good commercial acumen, negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
  • Minimum of 5 years of Real Estate experience or similar in a transaction management role in the real estate services sector
