  • Build strong client relationships while contributing to business development, proposition development, mentoring, and the continued growth of Capco's Regulatory Reporting capability.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience delivering trade or transaction reporting transformation across one or more global regulatory regimes within financial services or management consulting.
  • Good knowledge of Capital Markets products including OTC derivatives, listed derivatives, equities, fixed income, and FX.
  • Experience with reporting controls, reconciliations, data quality governance, operating models, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Broad understanding of Capital Markets functions including Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience using approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making while maintaining sound professional judgement.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with regulatory reporting platforms such as DTCC, UnaVista, Regnology, SteelEye, Kaizen, or similar RegTech solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise data lineage, reporting traceability, schema design, and data governance.
  • Experience supporting RegTech, AI-enabled reporting, workflow automation, or real-time reporting transformation initiatives.
  • Awareness of regulatory consultations, industry working groups, or transaction reporting policy developments.
  • Experience supporting business development, proposition development, mentoring colleagues, or leading workstreams within consulting engagements.
