Join our LEGO® Agency ‘s Social Creative Team as a Senior Producer where you can make magic happen. This is your chance to craft extraordinary social creative ideas and make a real impact on one of the world’s most beloved brands.  

Please note: This role is based in Denmark and relocation support is not provided.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Drive multiple social first creative productions from initial briefing to delivery at scale and speed including the reactive content model. 

  • Partner and support the content creator teams in Our LEGO Agency ensuring effective and impactful delivery that is on-brief, on-time, and on-budget. 

  • Accountability for individual projects, including developing detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget management, and resource planning to ensure efficiency. 

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day management of projects, maintaining an end-to-end overview and detailed documentation. 

  • Support Production Leadership on new scope developments, collaborating with other agency departments, including Our LEGO Agency Social Leadership Team. 

  • Facilitate collaboration between partners at all levels, ensuring clear communication across projects and multiple time zones. 

  • Work together with internal studio teams, external agencies, and LEGO partners to deliver creative concepts and social-first assets in multiple formats on time.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency at the LEGO Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global campaigns and content from the LEGO Group, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences. 
 

We are looking for a Senior Creative Producerto drive and manage our social content productions. This role is part of a larger global team who partners directly with, and orchestrates, across a globally dispersed organization. This role will be a social creative content production specialist able to bring to life creative ideas in an agile, resourceful but also quality way for our social channels, that our LEGO brand deserves.  
 

Doyouhavewhatittakes? 

  • 5+ years experience in a creative agency/business, successfully managing multiple brands while building strong client relationships and producing exceptional creative content. 

  • Strong operational and writing skills, including executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.  

  • Buttoned down and super organised, proactive and resourceful. You run at problems and are a “can do” person who remains calm in the chaos.  

  • A creative champion. Creatives LOVE you! You add value to their ideas and think laterally about how to produce them. 

  • Proven track record in reactive content production and working with external creatorsand agile ways of working.  

  • Ability to stay updated on social trends and platform updates, communicating these changes to creatives and other producers, ensuring assets evolve accordingly. 

  • Solid knowledge of social platforms and the variation in file formats specifications and channel first thinking (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest). 

  • Capacity to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • High level of discretion with sensitive information. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (and/or other project management tools). 

  • Fluency in English. 

  • Travel may be required.
