Join Us in Growing the LEGO® Gift Card Program! 

Come and play a key role in accelerating the global growth of the LEGO® Retail Gift Card program! 

Gift Cards are one of the most wished-for LEGO® products, a perfect way to inspire creativity and bring new shoppers into the LEGO® world. In this exciting role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the LEGO® Gift Card across 200+ LEGO Brand Retail stores worldwide, while helping to drive sales LEGO.com and key third-party partners. 

You’ll be part of a passionate team that not only keeps operations running smoothly but also constantly reimagines and innovates how Gift Cards can deliver even more joy, convenience, and excitement for LEGO® fans everywhere. 

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in either London or Billund and 2 days from home.  

No relocation assistance or visa support is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Drive Commercial Growth and Optimisation - Lead initiatives to boost sales and shopper engagement through data-driven actions and growth opportunities. 

  • Retail and Partner Collaboration - Build positive relationships with LEGO® Store teams and retailers to drive focus on Gift Cards and resolve operational issues. 

  • Reporting, Analytics, and Forecasting - Provide performance reports and insights, manage forecasting, and oversee stock and supply chain across stores and online. 

  • Operational Excellence and Process Improvement - Ensure smooth operations, streamline processes, and implement solutions to reduce complexity and enhance the shopper experience.  

  • Shopper and Market Insight Development - Analyse shopper behaviour and market trends to find opportunities and develop Gift Card strategies. 

  • Campaign and Promotion Execution - Support innovative marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels with global and regional partners.

Do you have what it takes. 

  • Commercial and Retail Expertise - Proven experience driving sales and operational excellence with Retail Store teams. 

  • Analytical and Data-Driven - Strong proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling using tools such as Excel or Tableau to inform business decisions.  

  • Collaboration and Communication - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Retail teams and influence stakeholders.  

  • Supply Chain and Retail Technology Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain management and retail systems to ensure smooth Gift Card operations.  

  • Results Orientation and Problem Solving - Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes, turning strategy into action, and resolving challenges quickly and pragmatically. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
