What You Will DoSocial Strategy & Ownership- Own social strategy across key client accounts
- Define what content gets made, why and how it performs
- Build clear content frameworks focused on:
- Virality
- Engagement
- Conversion
- Turn brand goals into scalable content output
- Lead the creation of viral-first TikTok content
- Develop big creative ideas, not just trends
- Drive formats such as:
- Team-led content
- Story-driven content
- Entertainment-first campaigns
- Push content that feels native, not like ads
👉 This is not a scheduling role. This is a creative + performance role
Content Production Oversight- Direct shoots, content days and campaign activations
- Work closely with creators and internal teams
- Ensure output is:
- High volume
- High quality
- Performance-led
- Step in hands-on when needed
- Analyse what content is working and why
- Identify patterns in viral content
- Continuously refine:
- Hooks
- Formats
- Messaging
- Build repeatable winning content formats
- Work with content creators and editors to raise standards
- Give clear feedback and direction
- Set the benchmark for what “good” looks like
- Drive a culture of output and performance

RequirementsEssential
- Proven experience running social for a brand or business
- Strong track record of viral TikTok content
- Deep understanding of:

- Ability to think in ideas, not just posts
- Comfortable directing shoots and content production
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Experience scaling a brand through TikTok
- Experience managing creators or teams
