Own a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, lead influencer and affiliate strategy, manage trading calendars, optimise merchandising (pricing, bundling, promotions), drive GMV and AOV improvements, monitor performance and reporting, and act as the main client contact providing strategic, commercially grounded growth plans.

Host and sell products on TikTok Shop LIVE for major e-commerce brands. Present, demonstrate, and drive urgency and conversions using trading plans, bundles, and offers. Collaborate with producers and ops, adapt to real-time performance and stock, take feedback, and monitor basic LIVE metrics (GMV, conversion, AOV) to improve results.

Lead Somerce's largest enterprise accounts, owning client relationships, TikTok Shop strategies and GMV targets across markets. Build multi-quarter growth plans, manage stakeholders, run QBRs, forecast performance, and mentor account teams while driving revenue retention and expansion.

Lead Somerce's paid media function on TikTok and connected channels: set strategy, run campaigns to drive GMV, build scalable paid frameworks, manage budgets and performance (ROAS/CPA/GMV), lead creative testing and audience strategy, and grow a team of Paid Media Managers and Executives.

Lead Somerce's affiliate function end-to-end: define strategy, recruit and manage TikTok creators, execute campaigns tied to trading calendars, optimise performance against GMV targets, and build and lead an affiliate team.

The Ecommerce Trading Manager will manage e-commerce brands, lead strategy and performance, optimize product merchandising, and oversee affiliate strategies to ensure GMV growth for clients.

Own month-end close, deliver accurate management accounts and commentary, maintain reconciled balance sheet, manage multi-currency accounting, design financial controls, oversee AP/AR and billing, support budgeting/forecasting and cash planning, handle VAT/statutory filings and payroll, and improve/automate finance systems and processes.
