  • Continuous improvement: Create feedback loops between the field, leaders and enablement team that identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead any new enhancements that scale with the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, productivity, or revenue operations within a high-growth B2B environment
  • A track record of leading strategic programs that drive measurable improvements in GTM performance
  • Experience partnering with GTM leaders to influence behaviour, reinforce methodology, and support team success
  • Strong execution and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
