This position is office-based in Berlin, Munich or Dublin.

In this role, you will design and deliver impactful enablement programmes for new and existing managers, build resources to address leadership challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive meaningful and measurable success.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Own and Build Comprehensive Enablement Programmes: Design, build, and continuously improve a comprehensive manager onboarding and continuous development framework to equip new leaders with the tools, skills, and knowledge to excel while fostering ongoing growth for experienced sales leaders
  • Programme Delivery and Facilitation: Lead engaging onboarding sessions and deliver tailored training programmes for both new and experienced managers to address evolving team and business needs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and implement programmes that prepare managers to lead through major change initiatives within Revenue and Success teams.
  • Competency Gap Analysis and Solutions: Identify competency gaps within the management population and design targeted enablement solutions to bridge these gaps effectively.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to co-create a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Content Development and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and learning materials tailored to leadership enablement, ensuring content is learner-centric and drives measurable impact.
  • Program Evaluation and Metrics: Establish clear success metrics, collect and analyse participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities, and leverage sales performance data to refine enablement programmes and drive field success.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in sales leadership and enablement to continuously improve program offerings.


Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Enablement experience - 4+ years of enablement experience project managing sales enablement programs from design through to delivery and impact, including programs focused on managers in SDR and Sales Management roles
  • Excellent Communication & Facilitation - You have excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills and can communicate clearly and concisely with audiences at different levels of leadership (English fluent, German an advantage)
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial self starter with a bias for execution - you quickly understand what is needed to deliver the highest impact, building and delivering programmes on tight timelines while not compromising on quality
  • Sales Performance Data - you are comfortable analysing performance metrics to understand sales performance and identify coaching moments, and are proficient with using the revenue tool stack (eg Gong, SFDC, Tableau)
  • Coaching qualification - Coaching certification or experience is highly advantageous
  • Experience leading GTM teams - Experience leading GTM teams or managing within a sales environment is a plus
  • Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management - You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders across multiple departments to work towards and deliver against a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
  • Passion for Leadership Development - You have a genuine enthusiasm for leadership enablement and a commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
