About the Role

Mixpanel's Product marketing team is responsible for the positioning and narratives that bring our AI-powered product intelligence vision to life for our customers and partners. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to work with our EMEA team as well as leading Product Marketing for Data Integrations, Governance, and Ecosystem. This Senior PMM will execute major launches, partner on demand generation campaigns, lead our voice-of-customer program in the region and influence our product roadmap based on feedback and insights from the EMEA market. 

This role focuses on creating compelling messaging, conducting market research, and driving sales enablement efforts, along with other core product marketing initiatives, to ensure our features meet market needs and support business growth. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product to help influence and deliver on our platform and data vision/roadmap.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value and unique advantages of our product strategy to our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing and customer success teams to help build and deliver relevant use-cases and capabilities for the EMEA market. 
  • Partner with local campaign managers to build compelling marketing campaigns to drive brand and pipeline.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of each initiative, leveraging data in Mixpanel to make informed decisions and optimize future launches.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, solution engineering, or a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for software products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead through influence.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset.
