Own customer value, adoption, and AI maturity across complex B2B SaaS accounts. Use workforce data to guide decisions, collaborate on company-wide employee programs, and improve HR workflows through AI and automation. The role requires strong employment-law knowledge, commercial judgment, project management, and trusted communication.

Lead Mixpanel’s largest enterprise accounts across EMEA, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders, developing ROI-based proposals, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, shaping regional GTM strategy, monitoring competition, representing the company at industry events, and mentoring peers. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales expertise, structured sales methodology experience, strategic account planning, and approximately 15–20% travel.
