Serves as the strategic People Business Partner for EMEA go-to-market leadership across the UK, Spain, and Israel. Advises on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, employee relations, compensation cycles, policy, change initiatives, and employee experience. Uses workforce data, AI, and automation to improve decision-making and efficiency while coaching managers and navigating multi-country employment practices.

Own customer value, adoption, AI maturity, and strategic success plans across high-value EMEA B2B SaaS accounts. Build executive and cross-functional relationships, connect Mixpanel usage to measurable business outcomes, lead enablement and business reviews, identify adoption risks, triage product issues, and coordinate with sales, renewals, product, and engineering. Advise customers on AI-native workflows and represent customer needs internally.

Lead Mixpanel’s largest enterprise accounts across EMEA, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders, developing ROI-based proposals, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, shaping regional GTM strategy, monitoring competition, representing the company at industry events, and mentoring peers. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales expertise, structured sales methodology experience, strategic account planning, and approximately 15–20% travel.
