Senior Product Manager – Product & Experience

The Role
As a Senior Product Manager within Capco’s Product & Experience practice, you will help define product strategy and translate it into delivery. You will work closely with clients and Capco teams to create products and experiences that are valuable, usable, and commercially sustainable, while operating in complex and regulated environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a key contributor in shaping product strategy by working closely with clients and cross-functional Capco teams locally and globally
  • Create clear product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans, including commercialisation approaches
  • Own products end to end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, adapting ways of working as needed
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver scalable, high-value products
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams across analysis, design, engineering, and testing, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing product strategies and propositions for individual products or portfolios
  • Experience building and scaling products across different lifecycle stages within large, complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior client leaders and internal teams
  • Product delivery experience across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C contexts within financial services or energy
  • Sound commercial awareness, with experience driving user adoption, value creation, and sustainable growth

  • Experience working with data-led or platform products
  • Understanding of AI, GenAI, or agentic AI concepts and their product applications
  • Consulting experience within regulated industries
  • Experience contributing to proposition development or practice growth
  • Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations impacting product delivery
