Business Analyst

The Role
As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into clear strategies and actionable plans. You will play an important role in supporting delivery across complex initiatives while helping teams navigate change, align priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Support project delivery across the development lifecycle, including scope, timelines, risks, and issue tracking
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on scope and schedule
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and support decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve processes, monitoring approaches, and overall value delivered to clients
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Project Management roles
Experience working with technology delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements
Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Clear and adaptable communication skills across both business and technical audiences

Experience working within Financial Services environments
Exposure to Wealth & Asset Management industry initiatives or transformation programmes
Experience designing frameworks or financial models that support strategic decision-making
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and structured working sessions
Exposure to integration or large cross-functional delivery programmes
