HR Project Analyst (FTC – until 30th September)

Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Department: HR | Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Support the transformation of Capco’s global HR systems and help shape the future of our people processes.

The Role
We are seeking an HR Project Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across Capco. This fixed-term role (until 30th September) will play a key part in business analysis activities, working closely with project and programme leads to gather, analyse, and document regional requirements.

You will act as a bridge between the HR Programme team and regional stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of HR modules spanning Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. This role combines technical HR systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis across multiple HR workstreams to support SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Support system implementation activities including testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, compliance, and data migration
  • Coordinate defect logging and track resolution during system testing phases
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams during system configuration, setup, and enhancements
  • Drive legacy system clean-up activities and create clear supporting documentation and process materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
  • Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical capability with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across regional teams

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting Recruitment or Talent Attraction systems and processes
  • Exposure to global or multi-region HR transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting system configuration activities
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and payroll integrations
  • Professional certification or formal training in business analysis or project management
