LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.

Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.

What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.

With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.

About the role

Credit is LemFi's fastest-growing pillar. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap that scales it. That means setting sharp priorities, turning portfolio insight into shippable outcomes, and making the commercial trade-offs between growth, risk, customer experience, and unit economics. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, risk, decision science, and commercial teams. You need to think like a portfolio manager. You'll live in the data yourself, not wait for someone to tell you what it says.

This is hands-on work for someone who understands that running a credit product means managing a live portfolio with real money at stake, not just shipping features.

What you'll build and own
  • Set sharp priorities across your product area, balancing growth, risk, customer experience and unit economics. Make the trade-offs that move the needle.

  • Get into the detail of portfolio performance. Convert that insight into product changes that move the metrics that matter: conversion, loss rates, activation, retention.

  • Use AI deliberately to remove friction from internal workflows, speed up discovery and prototyping, and unlock product experiences that wouldn't otherwise be economic to build.

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on requirements, edge cases, QA and launch. Not ceremonies, real partnership.

  • Partner with the Credit Product Lead to deliver end-to-end across acquisition, underwriting, servicing and collections.

  • Keep Credit Risk, Decision Science, Operations, Compliance and Commercial aligned and bought in. Protect the team's focus while managing the stakeholders.

  • Track KPIs across acquisition, penetration, retention, loss and unit economics. Communicate results and trade-offs clearly to leadership.

Your experience
  • 5+ years of product management in consumer credit, lending or fintech, with hands-on exposure to managing a live lending portfolio.

  • Prior experience in credit risk, marketing analytics, finance or data science. You've spent meaningful time in an analytical function, not just consumed dashboards.

  • Strong commercial instinct. Fluent in unit economics, loss rates, conversion funnels and vintage performance.

  • SQL fluency or equivalent. You don't wait on an analyst to form a point of view.

  • Demonstrable track record using AI tools to drive efficiency, quality and delivery speed. Specific examples, not just buzzwords.

  • You've owned a roadmap and shipped outcomes that moved meaningful business metrics.

  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across risk, engineering, operations and commercial.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with credit decisioning, scorecards or decision engines.

  • Experience scaling a credit product from early stage through rapid growth.
