We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer who is excited to shape the future of AI-powered tools for developers. You’ll join a fast-moving, cross-functional team where design plays a strategic role. This position is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across product boundaries, and wants to influence both the user experience and the product vision.
In this role, you will:Collaborate with feature owners, engineers, and data scientists to shape and contribute to our product roadmap.
Take ownership of design challenges from start to finish – from research and insight gathering to prototyping and polished UI.
Raise the quality bar through hands-on design and thoughtful feedback.
Facilitate UX workshops and user interviews.
Work closely with developers to build, refine, and ship high-quality experiences.
Partner with the JetBrains Branding and R&D teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Experience designing high-quality software products, web services, and/or mobile apps.
A passion for the full product development cycle — from problem framing and system thinking to UX, visual, and interaction design.
The ability to tackle complex interaction problems and deliver clear, elegant visual solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and readiness to act as a feature owner when needed.
A curious, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
