We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive high-quality execution across our core consumer experiences:

  • Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
  • Web applications (wallet, exchange, onboarding, payments)
  • Marketing website
  • Blockchain Explorer

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will design critical user journeys end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.

You bring strong crypto product experience and understand the unique UX challenges of wallets, trading, on-chain interactions, and self-custody.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product Design Execution

  • Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production
  • Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design across mobile and web
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features

User Experience & Craft

  • Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
  • Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX
  • Design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions
  • Continuously raise the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing
  • Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively

Design Systems & Consistency

  • Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms
  • Ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces
  • Maintain high standards of scalability and usability

Mentorship & Influence

  • Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers
  • Support and mentor junior designers
  • Help foster a strong design culture and craft excellence

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Required

  • 5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products
  • Very strong appetite for aesthetics
  • Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns
  • Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges:
    • Self-custody
    • Transactions & signing flows
    • Trading UX
    • Blockchain data representation
    • Trust & security design

Preferred

  • Experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges
  • Experience simplifying complex financial or technical systems
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience contributing to design systems
