About the role: This is a senior sales role for a high-performing pensions professional. You will lead complex new business pursuits, develop strategic relationships with introducers and corporate clients, and identify cross-sell opportunities across Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Healthcare and Group Risk. You will be accountable for a substantial sales pipeline, delivering against ambitious targets and maintaining the highest standards of commercial and regulatory compliance.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage your own new business pipeline, from lead generation to contract execution, using our CRM and sales systems.

  • Proactively build and deepen strategic relationships with introducers, advisers, consultants and senior client stakeholders.

  • Win and convert large, complex corporate pension opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Cross-sell MMB and MMC specialist capabilities, identifying opportunities for colleagues across the wider group.

  • Deliver outstanding client service and commercial negotiation, ensuring proposals meet quality, governance and compliance standards.

What you need to have:

  • Extensive, demonstrable pension sales experience — essential. Proven track record of winning corporate pension new business, including large or complex schemes.

  • Strong network of introducers, advisers or consultant contacts with evidence of generating new business through those relationships.

  • Deep understanding of corporate pensions, governance and regulatory considerations.

  • Commercial acumen and experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior client audiences.

  • Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

What makes you stand out:

  • Familiarity with Flexible Benefits, Healthcare and Group Risk propositions.

  • Professional qualifications (QCF2 minimum; QCF4 or equivalent desirable).

  • Experience mentoring or informally supporting less experienced colleagues.

Why join our team:

  • We support your growth through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leadership.

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and make a meaningful impact for clients, colleagues, and communities.

  • Our scale provides a wide range of career opportunities, alongside benefits and rewards designed to enhance your well-being.

  • This role offers a generous bonus scheme to reward your success.
