We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Manager to build and accelerate growth with our top Security focused channel & MSSP partners in APAC.  Our ultimate goal is building channels and alliances that accelerate customer adoption and revenue of Datadog Cloud Security platform offerings. Our Security Partner Manager will identify, onboard and establish joint sales and GTM acceleration with the regions to Security-focussed SIs, VARs, MSSP and Consultancies, supported by a brand new Partner Program, partner investments, and a strong team of Partner Solution Architects, Marketers, and Success Managers. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Datadog Security Partner Program rollout, including driving focussed investments, commercial management, and contracting.
  • Recruit and onboard new security focused partners aligning to Datadog’s Ideal Partner Profile
  • Act as a Datadog Security SME, expertly articulating technical capabilities into differentiated business value for partners and customers
  • Work with partners to develop partner-led insertion points, including joining solution and services offerings.
  • Enable and activate partners through enablement, planning and joint selling activities
  • Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
  • Own the top cloud security focused channel partner relationships, including multi-level connections leveraging Datadog’s senior Product Management, Technical and Sales leadership

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in the cyber security and/or cloud security SaaS industry
  • Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements, working with Sales and building long-lasting partnerships
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing
  • Willing to travel 30-40% of the time for Datadog or Channel Partner’s Events or Workshops across the region
