Datadog is seeking an Associate to join our global Campaign Operations team, to support our growing APJ Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the operational components of Datadog’s marketing campaigns and global email program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen analytical mindset, and excels at aligning people, processes, and metrics. You will play an integral part in our campaign execution efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance across our digital marketing channels, and you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute emails in Marketo in collaboration with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product, and Sponsored Events teams; provide flawless quality assurance to ensure email creative, copy, and links are correct
  • Support the operational development and execution of multi-channel campaigns. (Does not include copywriting, content creation, or creative design)
  • Segment lead database to build targeted audiences for promotional activities
  • Report on campaign performance to identify relevant trends and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign plans and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices and automation capabilities
  • Identify and escalate email calendar conflicts, audience overlap, and gaps in campaign strategy against department goals
  • Stay informed about the latest compliance and legal developments in email marketing and ensure adherence

Who You Are: 

  • A professional with 1+ year(s) of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Interest in learning about marketing automation and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and able to collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Positive, can-do attitude

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, ie: Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ie: Salesforce
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Strong analytically and comfortable with Excel
