 We’re looking for a talented Media Integration Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in turbocharging the impact of our multi-channel trading and media plans. You will contribute to the rapid scale-up of the Tesco Retail Media business and shape how the UK’s largest retailer collaborates with its suppliers on aligned digital trading.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with our CPG Partners, Customer, and Retail Media teams to enable best-in-class activation in-store and online.
  • Align cross retail media team priorities to ensure our clients and CPGs can maximise their return on investment.
  • Contribute to retail sales and retail media revenue growth by focusing on customer-led trade events and seasonal campaigns that are activated through media.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities to drive incremental trade.
  • Facilitate close ways of working between the Tesco Media Sales Team and the Tesco Commercial Category teams to unlock Media opportunities media opportunities that maximise Tesco-led moments, client brand messaging and the retail trade plan.
  • Contribute to the success of CPG brand days and ensure momentum from the meeting is translated into actions that customers notice.
  • Support both strategic and tactical projects by working with our strategic suppliers to deliver our joint objectives.
  • Take a lead role in ensuring that our Buy, Move, Grow plans are reflected in the Media activation plans.
  • Identify opportunities process development enablers that help build joint product and retail media capability. 
  • Partner with the Technology teams to help coordinate requirements and prioritise accordingly.

You will have

  • Experience of Grocery Retail
  • Highly commercial with knowledge of CPGs.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and retail media.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
