What we are looking for:We are looking for a senior, culturally fluent marketer to act as functional lead for organic social, editorial and CRM, shaping how audiences engage with Broadwick Live before, during and after ticket sales campaigns.
This role is responsible for setting strategy, standards and ways of working across organic and lifecycle channels, while supporting campaign delivery across the business. The Senior Marketing Manager will act as campaign lead on selected campaigns, and as a strategic advisor and coach on others led by Marketing Managers or Assistants.
This role ensures Broadwick Live’s organic presence, editorial voice and CRM activity are coherent, audience-first and commercially supportive.

- Reduced reliance on senior leadership for day-to-day editorial oversight.
Campaign Leadership & Support
- Act as campaign lead on selected ticket sales campaigns, particularly those with complex narrative, audience or sequencing requirements.
- Support Marketing Managers and Assistants acting as campaign leads, providing strategic and editorial guidance.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing & Culture to translate brand storytelling into campaign execution.
- Ensure organic, editorial and CRM activity is aligned with campaign objectives and paid media strategy.
- Embed learning and iteration into organic and lifecycle planning.
Organic Social Leadership
- Lead organic social strategy across all platforms, championing tone of voice, content frameworks and platform roles.
- Lead editorial planning across owned channels, ensuring consistency across venues, seasons and IP.
- Identify cultural moments, formats and storytelling opportunities that support ticket sales and brand equity.
- Partner with PR and editorial agencies to extend reach and influence.
CRM Leadership
- Own CRM and lifecycle strategy, with a focus on retention, repeat visitation and loyalty.
- Lead segmentation, automation and personalisation programmes.
- Ensure CRM journeys feel timely, relevant and aligned with brand tone.
- Use lifecycle insight to inform campaign planning and sequencing.
Performance & Insights
- Define and own KPIs relating to engagement, audience growth, retention and lifetime value.
- Translate insight into improvements in content, CRM journeys and campaign planning.
- Share learning across the wider marketing team to strengthen overall capability.
Team Leadership
- Line manage one Marketing Assistant and one Social Media Coordinator, developing skills, confidence and accountability.
- Act as social content and CRM function coach and mentor of marketing team, developing judgement, craft and confidence.
- Set and model high standards for quality, cultural fluency and consistency.
- Foster a proactive, solutions-focussed team culture.
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager (Paid Media) to ensure marketing work in tandem to deliver joined up campaigns.
- 7+ years’ experience in organic social, content or lifecycle marketing within music, culture or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of CRM and audience lifecycle strategy.
- Excellent editorial judgement and cultural fluency.
- Proven experience leading teams and complex programmes.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing at senior level.
- Passion for electronic music, nightlife and cultural spaces.
