We’re Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. From local to state government, to education, to health and care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to help provide critical services to more than 100 million citizens.

Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.

Why you'll love this role of Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead one of the most significant business transformation programmes within Civica.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a global NetSuite transformation, taking ownership of the platform as it is implemented across the business. Working closely with NetSuite implementation partners, business stakeholders, finance teams, and technology functions, you will ensure the solution is configured effectively, delivers business value, and supports Civica's future growth.

You'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, shape processes from the ground up, and become the strategic owner of a business-critical enterprise application that will underpin our global operations for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica's NetSuite platform
  • Partner with implementation providers to ensure successful configuration and delivery of the solution
  • Lead the ongoing development, governance, and optimisation of NetSuite across the organisation
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and operational functions
  • Lead enterprise application projects through the full software development lifecycle
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Establish and lead a high-performing Enterprise Applications team
  • Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the global rollout and adoption of NetSuite across multiple business areas

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a NetSuite implementation programme
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on NetSuite experience
  • Experience owning or managing enterprise applications in a complex organisation
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint-based delivery, and software development lifecycles
  • Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Strong project delivery and programme leadership capabilities
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and requirements gathering skills
  • Understanding of finance processes and how enterprise systems support business operations
  • Experience building relationships across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HRIS applications
  • Experience of large-scale ERP transformation programmes, including integrations
  • Experience managing enterprise platforms within a global organisation
  • People leadership experience, including building and developing teams

What makes this opportunity unique?

  • Be part of a major global business transformation programme
  • Join at the beginning of Civica's NetSuite journey and influence its long-term strategy
  • Build your own team and establish ways of working from the ground up
  • Work with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Own a business-critical platform with visibility across the organisation
  • Help shape the future enterprise application landscape at Civica

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
