Lead Civica's global NetSuite transformation as Product Owner. Acts as the subject matter expert for social housing and local government customers, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include software demonstrations, bid writing, quality assurance, compliance with RFI and tender requirements, customer analysis, and development of multimedia collateral.

Provides customer support for SaaS products through telephone, email, and online channels; manages cases, serves as a customer contact, and leads client implementation, configuration, and go-live activities. Delivers training, contributes to educational content, shares customer feedback with product teams, supports demos and events, and improves services. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, data skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, data protection, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 processes.

Administer pension activities across payroll cycles for assigned customers, including contribution calculations, statutory returns, year-end updates, compliance, audits, system testing, and customer queries. The role maintains processing documentation, supports scheme implementations, builds customer relationships, and ensures accurate, timely service delivery while protecting confidential data.

Own Civica’s enterprise data and integration architecture strategy, defining current and future-state architectures, scalable data models, integration patterns, governance standards, and migration strategies. Lead architectural direction across ERP, professional services automation, data transformation, and integration programs. Advise executives and partners, support data security and compliance, and establish enterprise-wide master data management and single-source-of-truth foundations for analytics, automation, and AI.

Develop and maintain the Civica Polling Station application and election software. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, troubleshooting, application support, bug fixing, testing, documentation, version control, code reviews, and compliance with quality processes. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, communicating technical details, and ensuring software quality while contributing to cloud product development.

Leads SRE and LiveOps teams in improving reliability, performance, security, observability, incident response, and operational excellence for cloud-native SaaS products. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including architecture reviews, debugging production systems, automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, SLOs, technical debt prioritization, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Platform, Security, Product, Support, and Operations teams.

Operate and monitor production and cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and VMware. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, support Kubernetes and containerized workloads, automate deployments and infrastructure, and improve observability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Participate in on-call rotations, contribute to root cause analysis and preventative actions, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with SRE, Platform, Development, Support, and Services teams.

Design, build, and ship production-ready software; decompose ambiguous problems into system architectures; modernise legacy systems and develop greenfield features; own technical decisions, testing, observability, and documentation; collaborate with product and design and ensure operational readiness.
