Lead Civica's global NetSuite transformation as Product Owner. Manage implementation partners, translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive Agile delivery, govern platform enhancements and integrations, build and lead an Enterprise Applications team, and support global rollout and adoption to deliver business value across Finance, Technology, and operations.

Coordinate election and governance projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining specifications, timelines, documentation, and records; coordinating internal teams; attending client meetings; tracking actions; performing quality checks; and supporting compliance with election law, data security, and business continuity procedures. The role offers entry-level development toward managing increasingly complex projects.

Leads and develops the Presales function, partnering with Sales to improve qualification, solution positioning, demonstrations, conversion, revenue quality, and margin protection. Establishes scalable operating processes, coaches technical specialists to communicate business value, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Commercial teams to improve complex software and services sales outcomes.
