Partner with Service Delivery and Customer Support leaders to plan budgeting, forecasting and SaaS financial reporting. Drive cost efficiency, resource and capacity decisions, analyse KPIs (ARR, CAC, churn), build business cases, improve forecasting and profitability processes, and present actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Design and deliver AI-driven proofs of concept to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions; partner with stakeholders to translate complex problems into experiments and recommendations; shape pragmatic AI strategy and promote a culture of innovation.

Own and coordinate the onboarding experience for new Sales/GTM hires: run live onboarding sessions, manage logistics with Talent Acquisition and L&D, support new hires through their first 90 days, track ramp progress with GTM leaders, and feed insights back to Enablement to reduce time to productivity.
