Develop and maintain pension calculations in Civica's pensions software. Analyze scheme rules and legislation, create unit tests and test scenarios, support Agile delivery, engage with customers and stakeholders, produce technical documentation, assist product testing and ongoing support.

Lead the people side of a global Certinia PSA implementation: develop and deliver change strategy, assess impacts, create communications, training and readiness plans, engage stakeholders and sponsors, coordinate champions, measure adoption and readiness, manage resistance and risks, and report on change outcomes to support successful deployment and post-go-live adoption.

The Senior Product Designer will create visually compelling user interfaces, collaborate with teams, develop prototypes, ensure accessibility, and contribute to design systems.
